IMCD Group B.V. announces strategic distribution co-operation with Dow Microbial Control

Dow Microbial Control, a business group of The Dow Chemical Company, and IMCD Group B.V. have closed a strategic partnership in which IMCD will distribute Dow Microbial Control products in Benelux, France, Scandinavia, the UK and Ireland. The deal is effective immediately. This is an extension of an agreement between Dow Chemicals and IMCD Group that currently covers coatings for Benelux, France and Scandinavia. The Dow Microbial Control partnership complements IMCD’s existing portfolio, as Dow’s products increase the quality of end applications and help them enhance product stability, which is highly important for current developments on the market. IMCD Group B.V. is active in sales, marketing and distribution of specialty chemicals and food ingredients.
